About Equal
Equal Foundation stands committed to work towards creating an equitable society on the foundations of hard work, self-respect and equal opportunity.

Equal Foundation believes strongly that unless the society makes conscious efforts to reduce the ever widening gap between the have and the have-nots, we as a civilization are putting at risk all the good that we have created through centuries of human intellect and toil.

Equal Foundation thus acts as an ‘equality conduit’ – diverting the flow of resources from those sections of the society where they are available to the sections where they are most needed.

We are achieving our vision of creating an equitable society by reaching out and empowering fellow humans who simply on account of fate or destiny, have come to belong to underprivileged and disadvantaged communities across the country.

Our model is based on intense engagement with fellow NGOs, producer and self-help groups, training and research based organizations, micro-finance organizations, and corporate organizations to create sustainable livelihood and employability opportunities for the underprivileged and disadvantaged communities...thereby leading to an Enriched Quality of Life.
